  Work included the design and construction of a 14 acre checkpoint complex which includes a 5,000 sq. ft. checkpoint building, covered inspection facility, water treatment building and fire pump and water storage tank. The project is currently under construction.

  Del Rio 6000 Agent Program

  Del Rio, TX

  The Del Rio 6000 Agent Program included the design and construction of several projects including a new 5,000 square foot administrative facility, the interior and exterior renovations to the existing Border Patrol Station, HVAC upgrades and associated site improvements. The project was completed in 2009.

  LBJ High School Career and Technology Addition

  Laredo, TX

  Association with FQR Architects

  United Independent School District

  The project included the design of a 30,000 square foot addition to the existing LBJ High School. The additions provide a career and technology center for students to learn trades such as auto technology, computer repair, health applications, hospitality and culinary arts. The project was completed in 2007.
